With Mini LED bead technology at our core, we provide a one-stop service from wafer cutting, testing, packaging, and SMT to Mini LED light source module design and mass production.
Our COB (Chip On Board) packaging provides the most efficient way for Mini-LED heat dissipation. Compared with POB (Package On Board), COB technology offers the following advantages: (1) Space saving and product optimization. (2) Simplified packaging process design, enhancing production efficiency. (3) Efficient thermal management, increasing product stability.

Beauty
Through precise positioning and front/back laser engraving technology, we achieve explicit and implicit light transmission effects, giving designs more layering and a futuristic feel. Additionally, we support gradient light transmission and multi-piece film splicing, enabling integrated product design to enhance product aesthetics and functional performance.
Our new EPF technology replaces traditional painting and electroplating and supports multi-color stacking, making the production process more environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and carbon-reducing, lowering carbon footprint by 30%, while also effectively reducing production costs.
The new IML and INS technologies combine electroplated colors with printed textures, creating surfaces with a strong metallic feel and a three-dimensional tactile texture, enhancing both visual and haptic experiences, along with cost advantages.
