With mini-LED technology, we provide lighting module design and one-stop production from wafer cutting, testing, packaging, and SMT.
Our COB (Chip On Board) packaging provided most efficient way for Mini-LED heat dissipation, compared with POB (Package On Board), it saves space, simplifying packaging and having efficient thermal management
For the lighting system applications, it achieves the advantages of open design conditions such as thinness, energy saving, high response speed, high brightness, high saturation, and fineness.
